Pseudogenomes for 1135 Arabidopsis thaliana strains were generated by combining reference and variant calls including indels, with uncalled sites represented as Ns. With this tool, specific genome regions and accessions can be selected for FASTA download. ColÂ0 annotated regions are interpolated for the applicable strain.
